A lengthy rigorous procedure for recruitment. Requires wide knowledge of markets and point on examples. A challenge for fresh graduates with no prior experience. Seems the candidates pursued for the position are few in our market if at all they existed.

the interview was done by one person the hr it was a friendly environment the interview was short 30 minutes they generally ask about your CV and what you have done. the cons; that they do not respond to candidates and give feedback either positive or negative. even after following through calls they tell you to wait. I am still waiting
