I applied online and was contacted less than 10 minutes later asking me to interview the next day because they were coming to the end of the interview process. Note: the job had been posted only hours before. I agreed to a time and then starting doing more research into the company and realized it is a huge scam!

Interview
Initial interview was a group zoom call, where they asked 4 of the participants the same series of basic questions. The initial interview lasted 15 minutes for everyone total. I was notified after that round for another interview that was scheudled for 30-40 minutes with multiple people.
