I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Keystone IT (Springfield, IL) in Jan 2015
Interview
Interview process was an easy going process, with the team lead and then also with the VP. We talked back and fourth about life in general. It really wasn't that formal. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Probably one of my best interviews I have ever been through.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keystone IT (Union, MO) in Aug 2011
Interview
It was purely a hands on interview on-site. Lots of simple questions. Lots of doing. Don't just tell me how to fix the problem; show me. I personally love this interview style much better than a multiple choice or straight up explain your answer to me type questions. I answered the questions, fixed what needed fixing (very simple, just checking your troubleshooting skills) and within an hour was hired. No big whoop.
