The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kforce (Columbia, MD)
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I was excited about the opportunity to interview. Sadly, they were super unprofessional. Long wait times in between the 3 interviews they made me do. Director was the most rude. Asked way too many personal questions. After I shared with her that my current company is bankrupt and that this is a position I’ve been in before she asked ‘Why do you think that always happens to you?’ So disrespectful.

Question 1
Did your parents make you work in HS? Why do you think that is?
(This has racial undertones)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kforce (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2025
Interview
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
