Very casual. You meet with the leaders and one or two people on the team. They truly want to get to know you and why you want to get into staffing. They almost deter you from wanting to do it because of the hard work and effort it takes to succeed.

Interview
The interview process was seamless with the help of my contact at KForce. I felt very informed about the client and was well prepared going into the interview. Knowing what the client was looking for helped me to prepare for the questions that were asked.
