Interview
The first part of the interview I was brought in and asked a series of questions. At the end of the interview, a time was set up for a working interview where I visited a site and hung out for approximately a half hour. When visiting the site, it was explained to me what they did, the schedule with the children, how they handled any difficulties. I was then given time to wander and meet the children.

Hypothetical situations, i.e. what would you do if two children were fighting, what would you do if a child was swearing?
