Kids2 Process Improvement Manager interview questions

I was contacted by email and a video interview was scheduled 2 days later with HR. The video conferencing system was choppy and the interview clearly didnt read my resume prior to reaching out to me. He asked for certifications that my resume stated that I didnt have. He then ended the interview 8 minutes into the interview. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
