Straight forward, be a genuine energetic person and be energetic. They want someone to hype up the kids. Don’t apply if you don’t want to be jumping up and down- it ends up being fun.

I completed a short video of their Affirmations, cool concept. There was also an online/over the phone interview and then I met coaching staff in person and observed a few classes on site.
