I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (New Milford, CT) in Mar 2009
Interview
There were many stages in the hiring process. It consisted of 4 separate interviews/meetings. Initially it was a paper application process. Second was a general interview asking about work history, background, education, etc. Third was a more specific interview with.by potential piers. This interview included "what would you do if you saw ... ?", have you ever been in a situation where .. . and how did you handle it?" type questions.

Question 1
Have you ever had a manager you did not get along with? What was the issue? How did you overcome it?
They use the star method and do two interviews. Different words used but same question basically to compare between both sessions. They make you feel comfortable and are easy to talk with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Ogden, UT)
Interview
After about a month from the time I applied on their website, I got a call from HR to set up interview time with the supervisors. They asked the situational interview questions. It wasn't too difficult, but you really have to articulate your answers.

Question 1
Did you ever have a disagreement with a coworker? If so, how did you handle it?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Neenah, WI) in July 2022
Interview
Straightforward interview. I didn’t have industrial experience, but was able to relate working experience to the position I was interviewing for. They’re looking for people with a good work ethic, and can learn quickly.
