I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Roswell, GA) in June 2015
Interview
I received a call from an internal KC recruiter after posting my resume to an online job board. The recruiter spoke with me about my experience and asked for references. After checking references, a face to face interview was scheduled without a phone interview. Due to vacation schedules, the interview wasn't for 2-3 weeks. Prior to the interview, another recruiter emailed me a packet that included the job description, schedule of the 4 people I would be interviewing with along with their title, directions to the location, and where to go upon arrival.
The instructions actually sent me to the wrong building, luckily I had arrived a half hour early and was re-routed to the correct location by security. The location was in Roswell, GA which is about 20 minutes north of downtown Atlanta, GA. It was a very nice and modern facility. The interview itself consisted of 4 in person interviews which lasted roughly 45 - 60 minutes each. The interview took place in a conference room. Everyone I interviewed with was pleasant. They each had a pre-printed list of questions they tried to speedily cover while also getting to know me and my experiences. I was also informed that this was the 1st set of 4 person interviews and that if selected, I would need to interview with 4 senior leaders outside of the engineering department. I felt the interview went well, but I also felt I was over qualified for the position. 4 weeks later I learned they decided to move forward with an internal candidate.

Close to 5 Hours, Met with the Entire team. Part of the Interview included tour of the factory and meeting with the Union Steward. Everyone was friendly and asked easy questions mostly focused on the type of person I was and how I would fit with the rest of them.

Well I had 6 Interviews with the Star format in 2 different places. I did a power-point presentation on myself to describe my experiences from entry level to senior level. This gives the panel and idea on how you will fit into the organization
