I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Neenah, WI) in Oct 2015
Interview
Submitted resume through campus recruiting site followed by an on campus interview a week later and an invitation to interview in Neenah.
Overall, everyone was very friendly and excited to help me along throughout the interview process. All the employees seemed very passionate about the company and excited to be there, which left me with a great impression of the company. The first day we were taken on a tour followed by dinner with people in the current position and a brief expose of a few of the different opportunities Kimberly Clark had to offer. The next day, was a marathon of 3 hour long 1:1 interviews with a simple case study.

1 in-person final round interview where we interviewed with 4 different managers. Had a lunch after 2 interviews and the whole process took around 3-4 hours.
I did well in the interview but they did not like my entrepreneurial spirit outside of the 9-5 job.

Interview
Interviews generally followed the star method while still having a priority of general communication skills outside of knowing the star method. Friendly and open interview process and felt like I had a good idea of what to expect.
