Interview
It was a series of interviews with multiple staff members (technical and management). The questions and atmosphere was comfortable and appropriate. Total compensation was emphasized over base salary.
General phone interview with elevator pitch and aspirations. Talked about goals and current work responsibilities. Talked about company structure and general info, and my qualifications that would lead me to be a good fot
