Phone interview with recruiter, wait for a callback within a week, offer given with pay, set up interview with manager on site within a week, then in person interview with manager, then if you make the cut you may do a same day peer panel interview or be told the recruiter will call you back for a panel interview within another week.

A short over the phone that may last about 30 minutes or more depending on the interviewer. It is not all that hard though. You can easily sail through it.
Very friendly and fair interview to see if you are good fit for job. Ask about your life if there will be any problems with scheduling. Overall positive experience.

Interview
Very Laid back. Pleasant to talk to. Felt like family. They asked a lot of personality questions and not technical questions at all. Than they did a tour of the facility and said they will contact me back. It took a few weeks but I got hired eventually.
