I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kindred Hospitals in Jan 2016
Interview
New Graduate Nurse position (Med/Surg/ICU) at the open house: receptionist and recruiter welcomed you, signed you in and made a file for you. Nursing Supervisor met with each person individually. Everyone was very approachable and made you feel welcomed.
The interview process was very pleasant for me, took about 15 mins, more like 2 people conversating about work, nursing values and experiences rather than questions/answers type.
I made sure I let the interviewer know what I was looking for (positions, organizations, values) and how I would positively contribute to their hospital.

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kindred Hospitals (Greensboro, NC) in Sept 2025
Interview
Interview went well. Director of nursing was professional and straight forward with the job description and work load. Director answered all questions fully concerning staffing ratios and was willing to accommodate me to obtain my ACLS certification through the company. Which the usually don't hire with out ACLS beforehand.
I interviewed at Kindred Hospitals (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Was quick and respectful. Ask about work experience. I got the job. It was not very difficult answering questions. Interventions for nursing ans nursing skills were asked by the interviewer. Just be on time and answer the questions.
The recruiter reaches out quickly and schedules an interview within a week. The manager was great and easy going. The pay was better than other hospitals in the area. Would recommend to new grads or even experienced nurses.
