There was a total 5 interviews, phone screenings, multiple zooms, and a final interview that then required two more zoom interviews. Long and drawn out process with little to no communication between rounds of interviews.

Interview
Initial in person interview with the hiring manager and a phone call with the sales VP. The process was smooth and interviews were thorough. I was offered the job and then asked to take a personality assessment through the predictive index. I followed up for my written offer and was informed that while the assessment was not pass/fail with right or wrong answers, my offer had been rescinded because of my results. This implied that it was indeed pass/fail. Offers should not be extended when they are still subject to assessments like that. I would also advise Kinetic to review if they should continue to use the assessment for hiring decisions going forward as PI’s own website talks about how to beat the test. A quick google search will tell you that using these assessments for hiring decisions is not a good practice.
