Interview
Casual and conversational, no technical questions, interviewers were friendly and came across as genuinely trying to get to know you, asking about your hobbies and interests outside of law, for half of interview you have the opportunity to ask them questions back
Two rounds. First interview was more formal with a Partner and Senior Associate/Special Counsel. You only get told who they are 15 minutes before the interview so you cannot do research on them specifically. Then the second interview is more of a culture fit. I was a remote candidate so I did it online rather than the traditional coffee/lunch.

Interview
Interviewed by a Partner and an HR. Rather casual and easy. No technical questions. Just asked you about why law, why this firm, your strengths and weaknesses, etc.
It lasted for about 20 mins only. Just regard it as a casua talk and be natural.
