I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kitchell (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I initially learned about Kitchell at my schools career fair. I had a good conversation/interview with the representative there who later referred me to the hiring team in the SF bay area. Next I had a 20-30 min conversation with someone from the HR department. It went well in my opinion and he said that he would have a hiring project manager call me to conduct an interview. At this time, I had an offer from another company that I had a full month to decide on, but I was still interested in Kitchell. I let the HR rep know this and he believed that it wouldn't be a problem. However, I never received a call from the project manager and ultimately decided to accept the offer that I already had. I emailed back and forth with the HR rep multiple times who assured me that I would get a call for the interview but I never did. He never was able to just schedule one. It was a pretty weird experience. Their hiring process does not seem very efficient.
It was very simple, very casual. We talked about my experience and why I wanted to work for the company. Everyone is very friendly at the company, so it made it easy to talk .
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kitchell in June 2022
Interview
Straight forward great people, more of a conversation about yourself than an interview. Only a couple interviews to go through. Highly recommended. You’ll meet with multiple people from the team.
