I interviewed in February 2025.
The first-stage interview with the Head of Legal was standard and went well.
The second-stage interview with HR, however, was the most bizarre and borderline offensive interview I have ever experienced. The interviewer asked extremely personal and intrusive questions. His style, tone, and line of questioning were not only rude and unprofessional, but also inappropriate.
He banned the use of common "buzzwords" during the interview — including essential skills such as "teamwork" and "communication" — and would interrupt to demand rephrasing whenever these words were used. As a result, the interview became more of a vocabulary exercise than an assessment of my suitability.
Ironically, the interviewer himself struggled to communicate his questions clearly, often taking four or five minutes to explain a single point.
I often retell this interview experience as a joke because of how absurd and unbelievable it was.
They did not bother to send a rejection email post interview.
