I had first round with HR. It was a profile discuss.
Second round was a logical reasoning test which went well. It was on call, a link shared by person on call. It lasted for 18 minutes.
Third round, qualified test having 3 questions. It was medium.
After that I got a mail that logic test score was not up to the mark. First of all, i knew my test went well.
Second, if the logic test was a criteria why did you even proceed with third round of coding task.
Third, just filtering candidate based on a logic isn't a right criteria for Software developer role.
I believe they wanted to hire a candidate who was willing to accept less salary.
Hr told me salary range is around 70k euros.
Overall process was fine but incorrect reason given to me that logic test score is not upto the mark.
