Interview
I have applied to the position for Berlin office November, 2019.
First online logic test, then they invited me to the office. There were two people (one of them joined via video) and they asked me about my experiences. Later on, they've sent me a case study. I have applied ML and statistical approaches to the data set. As a response, they found my results "very detailed and high level", they also said that they expect more ad-hoc results. They didn't provide detailed feedback and their rejection reason was very disappointing for me.

Appalling from the start and I should've seen the red flags early on. 1. Psyhcometric Test, ableist in nature and hardly indicative of if someone's actually a pleasant person or just a working robot 2. *Another* pyshcometric test, this time with someone watching. Why so many? Can't you instead put the emphasis on me as a person rather than these irrelevant tasks which remind me of a certain game on the Nintendo DS called "Brain Training"? 3. Not once but TWICE did Klarna fail to get back to me when they said they would. First was for benefits to compensate for the lower than expected salary and the other was an actual decision. I was told in a rather hastily put together email I received after asking for an update beyond the mentioned deadline *twice* Also, for a job based in Stockholm, why give me 2 people based out of *Ohio* in the United States to do the recruitment? It really isn't a good look... Rather ironic a service expecting you do pay on time cannot keep to its own deadlines itself when recruiting...
Got rejected after 5 rounds saying that I do not have enough technical experience. However, the truth is I wasn't asked even a single question throughout the 5 rounds, so not sure how did they even check my technical skills.

A logic test on par with an assessment from grade school during the application phase - this is degrading to say the least. Especially because standard logic based IQ testing holds confirmed biased to different learning, quantitative skills which may not prove useful for certain positions.
Tldr; don’t bother applying.
