The interview process was very fast paced, it only took me about a week or so to talk to a recruiter and to do both of the interviews after that. The recruiter was the one who contacted me to schedule a video call with her so she can get to know me and so I can do a logic test while on the call with her. After she was pleased with the results of the logic test, she scheduled me to do the first interview a few days later. The first interview was just about certain situations with customers and how I handled those situations , after the interview the recruiter emailed me saying that they want to schedule a second interview with the team lead so that they can see if they want me on their team. The second interviewer asked me one question about a situation with a customer and then preceded to ask me why I wanted to join Klarna specifically, then they proceeded to ask me about my strengths and weaknesses. A few days later I got a call saying that they would like to offer me a position with them.

First an onlinelogical test (15 minutes time to answer 18 questions of dots logical sequences). Followed by two interviews. First on on the phone. Then a video call afterwards (noted this process was during Covid time). They took around 30 min each interview.
