Send cv, take a logic test, if you score high enough, they call you for an informal interview on the phone to get to know you. When you pass that then you go to the second interview which consists of taking another logic test but this time you are being recorded and get 15 minutes to do it, when that’s done you proceed to speak with the hiring manager or team lead for 45 minutes just to tell them again your whole story and set of skills. In this case my interviewer was not very amused and played with her head phones while interviewing me, she looked tired and the background looked more like a small room in a prison... no what I was expected for such a fun, innovating company. I knew immediately something was wrong, maybe it was the results of my logic test. I managed to change the mood of my interviewer, and we connected. She said I do have all the set of skills they require for the position. And told me that they will review my test results and will contact me by next week to let me know if I passed to the next step. Next week they wrote to me and told me I didn’t score high enough on the second logic test and they have decided to proceed with other candidates. Meaning that it is most important to pass the logic test than actually having the right set of skills and the personality to fit the role. So disappointing that they only look at your test results and nothing else can help you to move on to the next step.
