I applied through their website. Recruiter got in touch with me couple of days later. When applying I needed to do a logical reasoning test, then after a general phone call with the recruiter where she gave me more info on the role and I introduced myself, I had to do another logical reasoning test, this time with her supervising it to make sure it's me who was doing it. Then I had the hiring manager interview who gave me more info on the company. Overall it went very quickly and I was happy with the interview experience.

The process from first contact, through 4 stages of interviews, to signing my contract was 3 weeks! So impressed with the TA staff I worked with - great communication. First interview was an informal chat with the recruiter for me to get more insight into the position and for him to get to know me more, why I wanted to move jobs etc. Be ready with knowledge about Klarna and to ask questions. Second stage was completing what is essentially an IQ test online with the recruiter watching. They give you practice tests which are more than enough to prepare you. Recruiter told me I passed with a great score and he gave me a timeline for the next 2 interviews, which would take place over the following 2 days. Third interview was their “behavioural interview”, which focused on Klarna’s Leadership Principles and I prepared using the STAR method, which they suggested. Fourth and final stage was a “team fit interview” with my team lead who wanted to get to know me in general, what motivates me, etc. and asked a few questions like what are my favourite/least favourite things about my current job and to tell her about a time I received constructive criticism. All of the interviews felt like great conversations more than anything else. I really enjoyed the process.
