2) Phone interview (general call based on your prior experiences)
3) Supervised logic test (Same type of test as in the first step but a HR person is on the line as well)
4) Skills interview (Based on your skills and experiences)
5) Bar raiser interview ( Based on your personality and capabilities)
6) Skills interview (They allocate you to a team and the interview is with the resposible person of the team. It is again based on your experiences and how they match with Klarna principles)
7) Skill Interview (They asked me to meet another team as well. Probably I did not fit to the first allocated team)
8) Offer discussion (I could not make it to that step)
Right after the first skills interview, I even had a call with relocation team and they informed me about the process. I believe the allowance they give for relocating to Sweden was 18K SEK.
