It is again based on your experiences and how they match with Klarna principles) 7) Skill Interview (They asked me to meet another team as well. Probably I did not fit to the first allocated team) 8) Offer discussion (I could not make it to that step) Right after the first skills interview, I even had a call with relocation team and they informed me about the process.
