They sent me a logical test which was kind of easy. Then, after I passed, they sent me 3 extra tests which were harder and I didn't have time to finish them all. It was a logical, a numerical and one with e-mail sorting. In the end, after doing well on the tests and a short phone interview, they sent me the automated email that they reviewed my profile and rejected me. I asked for extra feedback but they didn't reply
Lots of steps, takes a long time to finalize the process. There was a logic test and personality test. At the last step they closed recruitment because of the layoff announcement.
standard interview process ,hr , technical interview fallowed by IQ test. Interview was in English yup thats it pretty much just like any other interview you would have only different part was the iq test in the end compared usual psychological test usually big companies do.

The process was very smooth, and condensed. Within a month I did three levels. It was just the month before the massive retrenchment, the signs on the wall were not promising. I got another offer
