Interview process was very disorganized. No information what the next steps were and barely any communication. I got random invites out of the blue without instructions. . After actually managing to organize 5 interviews and case presentations I received stellar feedback. After all these steps they "forgot" that I had to do the mandatory logical test. Klarna has very strict rules that you have to score above a certain threshold on their logical test or you are out. I also passed this step and got called for a final interview with the director. Three days prior to that interview I had to reschedule because of a family matter. The response I got that they were no longer interested without any type of feedback Dont waste your time, because they dont value yours and there are way better and higher paying companies that actually care.
