Interview
After an online logic test (for me it was rather easy), I was invited to an interview with an recruiter (HR). This interview began with almost the same logic test in paper form. Then I met my responsible HR and we had a quite long (like 40-45 minutes), but really good interview. I got to talk about myself, my qualities and my experiences in a very relaxed and comfortable situation. The recruiter asked several questions, some more common ones (where do you see yourself in 5 years etc.), but also some for me "new" ones, which I actually enjoyed, since they seemed relevant, interesting and fair (e.g. how do other people usually perceive you, which is not neccessarily the right image about you?). Just two hours after that interview I got a phone call that they want to invite me to the manager interview and that was even more relaxed. I met my future boss and actually got to ask him/her more questions then he/she asked me. So it is rather a "get to know each other and see if we match". A short time after that I got a request to send in two references and after those were checked I got a job offer. The whole process I had mostly phone contact with my recruiter, so I had a person to talk to and not just standardized emails, which I appreciated.

Mon premier contact a été un appel avec la recruteuse, au cours duquel elle m’a présenté le poste et m’a expliqué le déroulement du processus de recrutement. Après cet échange, j’ai dû passer un test de logique en ligne. Ce test se déroulait en direct, et elle m’observait simultanément pendant que je répondais aux différentes questions, ce qui ajoutait une certaine pression et une dimension d’évaluation supplémentaire.

Interview
I was recruited by a recruting company, and they did the pre-selection. Then I did a logic test (see youtoube videos for klarna logic test) and after I passed that I had a interview with someone from Klarna.
A language test was required for everyone who was not a native speaker but learned the language of operation as secondary or third language.

Interview
First step was the pattern recognition test while being on a videoconference with other candidates. After passing that I got a interview with a current team leader to talk about past experience and overall getting to know each other questions. I passed that interview too and got an offer but I had to decline due to receiving a better offer elsewhere.
