I recently went through the hiring process at Knest Manufacturers, and the experience was disappointing. After multiple rounds of communication and being told to prepare for an immediate joining timeline, the company abruptly put the position “on hold” without any prior indication.
This happened after confirming compensation details and discussing joining dates only to be informed at the last moment that the role is no longer available due to “shifted project timelines.”
This reflects a lack of internal planning and coordination. Candidates invest time, effort, and trust into the process, and last-minute reversals like this show unprofessionalism and disregard for a candidate’s time.
If the company expects commitment from potential hires, the least they can offer is a stable, transparent hiring process.
I hope they streamline their internal decision-making before engaging candidates in the future.
