I applied online. I interviewed at Knight Enterprises Management in Mar 2019
Interview
2 interviews, one with HR then another with a Engineering Manager. Both of witch were very helpful and nice to work with. They just asked me a few technical questions and more what I was interested in.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Knight Enterprises Management (Titusville, FL)
Interview
The interview itself was surprisingly easy. Honestly, that should have been a red flag to me but it wasn't. The actual job was far different than what was being advertised on the description. It included the mentoring and training of another person which was not on the job description, nor was it mentioned or discussed in the interview. I believe the HR department has 2 issues: A) they're not really HR people, they're just hot bodies in a seat because Knight won't pay the going rate for real HR people and B) they have no ability to negotiate. They're given the rate/salary and you either take it or you don't. If you interview here, ask a LOT of questions. They have a very high turnover rate.

Question 1
I was asked to take a short skills test on paper. It took about 10 minutes because I know my job and the test questions were pretty easy for someone skilled.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Knight Enterprises Management (Titusville, FL) in Oct 2016
Interview
Panel interview, questions and answers. It wasn't bad at all very friendly. Interview was easy enough. I was honest and really excited for the opportunity. I thought the managers were friendly and easy to talk to.
