The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates and making a hire.
Running around, be sure to ask questions. Could be legit but don’t give initial information in the first interview. Very short.
They don’t give much initially
What they do give they have to be sure to talk circles.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Knights Worldwide (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
Three round interviews. First is a fifteen minute virtual convo with campaign manager. Second is an hour long interview with "corporate trainer." Third is a question and answer session with Assistant Manager.
Business structure is reminiscent of a pyramid scheme. Upper management has less than a year experience in the company. No value to formal education or previous experience. Could not answer questions about retention rate of employees. Sketchy internet presence and when asked about it they answered that maintaining a website for a marketing company is a "waste of time." "Opportunities for growth" is really just "promote" as fast as possible. Their big gimmick is that they take entry-level people and train them up, but they neglect to train their people on half of the relevant industry (donor retention strategy) so that when their managers interact with retention strategies they are visibly confused and will mark you down.
Finally, they revealed that your primary method of donor acquisition is to canvas residential areas and stand in food courts and retail chains handing out flyers. But when asked, assistant managers and interviewers indicated that social media marketing and developing business relationships with business owners were "flawed."
Whole thing gave off the "we prey upon the inexperienced" vibes that I am just too old and too tired to deal with.
