Interview
Very simple and straight forward. The did not ask much technical questions. Most questions are on leadership and compassion. The first interview was more on previous job experiences. Second interview was with the CEO to have ice breaking session.

What will you do when you have a tough situation with a client
The interviewers were friendly and understanding. They were keen to know about my past experiences and tried to ask for some examples of technical skills. It was overall a short and concise interview. I feel the interviewers were not 100% prepared as there were some awkward pauses in between, but it it pleasant nonetheless.
