Take home assignment, went through three interviews, was definitely mining ideas by getting interviewees to do free consultant level work. Checked the company page after thew interviews and not a single designer was hired. Clearly taking advantage of job seekers. Stay away.

Interview
The design challenge was really engaging, but it just takes a long time for them to give you updates since they are a small company. At least the CEO is really friendly and he cares about the company a lot.
They gave us a take-home design challenge to improve their website. I did the challenge and never got a feedback or confirmation that they received and saw my work. Super impersonal, felt like the classic startup that uses the "interview process" to get ideas.
