I met with the owner at a nearby cafe and he asked me about myself, as well as situational questions about what I would do in certain on-the-job scenarios. The conversation really emphasized hard work and integrity.

I applied online at snagajob and was called within a few hours of submitting my application. Interview was simple and to the point. Manager was super friendly and explained the job pretty well. Allowed me to switch the position originally applied for so that I can grow within the company at a faster pace.

Interview
The interview was fairly easy. However, this might be because the restaurant was brand new and desperate for more workers due to the grand opening soon. I was not asked any in-depth questions during the interview, but rather what my availability was and when I could start working.
