Received and email saying that they wanted to schedule an interview the next day. I confirmed my availability and had a short 20 minute phone interview. They asked about my work experience, have i heard of the company and why i want to join.
Smooth , first phone interview then after two weeks face to face interview , friendly environment . focusing more on ethics than technical interviews. people friendly and helpful as well very direct. positive experince . Be ready for long interview but very smooth and friendly one . i would advise to go through thier website and ethics background is very important . they will ask you to give examples alot.

applied online then got a telPhone intrview then face to face intrview that is about it
this took around 1 mothn first week the telphone interview and later at the end of the month got the details about the face ot face interview
