Interview took place at the office. It focused a lot on skills - courses taken in school and whether I know how to used Excel, powerpoint and other software. It was stressed that ability to multitask was an important requirement and as it was a finance job, one had to be adept at doing the tasks and working in a high stress environment.

The interview is behavioral, focusing on past experiences. You'll be asked to describe specific situations, actions you took, and outcomes, following the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result. To clearly describe each example. This process helps interviewers understand how you've handled real situations, such as teamwork, problem-solving, or leadership. Be prepared to share specific stories from work, school, or volunteering that demonstrate your skills, decisions, and outcomes in a structured, thoughtful way.
