I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Koch (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was different from any that I’d experienced before. It was a video interview and the Questions were more personal than standard “experience” questions. After getting the position; the 1st time I met my manager, her initial greeting was, “I’m so Happy you’re here. I feel like I know you already.”
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How important is giving back to the environment and how do you contribute?
Situation based questions that are phased to hear more about how you would react or how you did react in a specific situation. There were two hour long interviews with this particular format.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you didn’t meet a deadline?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Tulsa, OK) in Aug 2018
Interview
Pointless. The interview was over three hours long with employees that aren't even directly impacted by the team that is hiring. All their questions are exactly the same, their team the req is for were very condescending. Three hours for a pointless interview and they don't even give you the courtesy of a status update or rejection notification. Old School - Boys Club mentality.
