Phone interview to start. Lasted about an hour full of behavioral questions. Couple days later got asked to come on campus for an interview. Interviewed with 4 different people 45 mins each back to back (rough) lots of behavioral questions. They basically had a packet of them. About a week later I got called with the job offer.
