The interview process was quite "unique".
Initially, I applied for one position, however, during the first interview, the recruiter said she decided to consider me for another role. I did not mind. The recruiter highlighted that this position is very stressful and I should be prepared for that. After the interview, I received an email that the company CEO would like to make a call with me. During the second interview, there were Oscar and Kiran. I had a feeling that they were unprepared and all questions they were asking seemed a bit weird. At the end of the interview, Oscar became really talkative. He was talking a lot about family attitude to workers, unique working atmosphere, and company values. I asked about their expectations of my performance in the first three months, and the answer was "Overdeliver". Afterwards, he said that they were interested in moving forward and that they will send me a job offer by the end of the day. It was quite funny to hear, however, I wanted to see if they were going to do it. Of course, they did not. The next day, I emailed them asking for an update. Oscar initiated one more call in the evening where he said that we forgot (attention!) to discuss salary. I said that the average salary for this position is about 50K per year, taking into account that work "is highly stressful" and they want me to "overdeliver", I felt more like I underestimated. However, Oscar did not like my answer and started talking about some nonsense regarding people who have unrealistic expectations. Anyway, he said that BY THE END of the day I will have their response. Of course, he did not send me anything and the next morning as well. I emailed him at 4 pm and in about one hour Oscar sent me Copy-Paste rejection.
This is my KoreConx interview experience which cost me one week of my time.
My recommendation is - RUN if you see their ad. After I saw other reviews, everything became clear.
