Kroger Click List interview questions

It was quick, questions were short and basic just long? You just had to explain what you would do in situations or what you would do to help someone. Its easy if you have job experience they had me do a phone interview first then a person and I got the job on site, the scheduled me for orientation 1 week and a half later.

The interview process was pretty easy, you get one interview to start where the format is very conversation based and natural, not rigid at all. If you do well with the first interviewer there is a high chance you've got the job!
