The interview process is not difficult. The manager is friendly and open to questions.
The process is fair. Each location is a little different due to location but they are always willing to give you an opportunity.

The whole process was very simple. First, I applied online. I was called the next day to set up an interview and, while doing so, was asked a couple of pre-interview questions. I went in on a Saturday for the in person interview, which was very laid back. The hiring manager asked about three questions, gave me a drug test on the spot, and had me fill out paperwork.

It was quickly that i received a call back for interveiw. Group interveiw, if you revieced the job they would call you to a different room at the same time and ask you do you accept or decline.
