It took management a solid 2 months to reach out to me about hiring me after the first initial contact. After they finally got back to me that they'd like to set up an interview, the manager was late to interview me by almost 30 minutes.
Interviewing process was very low-key. They brought me to a room in the back of the store and asked a few questions about my background and previous job experience. It was a relaxed environment

They do open interviews every week. Was hired on the spot. Easy interview. They do the basic interview questions like what is something you have done for your community lately.
