Step One - cluster of 30+ other interviewees gathering in the division office being evaluated through team building activities that were kind of fun and unique. Then a one-on-one interview with HR.
Step Two - meeting with HR coordinator and District Manager for a more detailed process.

It certainly wasn't like any other "professional" interview that I've experienced. Asked mediocre questions, half of which did not pertain to the job description. It was quick, nice gentleman. Sadly they waist interviewers time that are applying from outside of Kroger. They say in 2weeks we will let you know. Took a month for them to reach back
It was a quick and smooth interview that went fairly well with questions that were easy. The interviewer was friendly and very nice. I had no problem just being myself.
