It was a phone conversation and I was set up for an interview in person. It was very easy and very relaxed and I was happy I got the job. Its nothing to worry about, she only asked me 2 questions and that was it. Very Easy and you shouldn't be worried at all.

Don't know. The HR person set up the interview at 7:30 Thursday night for the following afternoon. I showed up. She did not. Didn't call. Didn't email. Didn't show up. Had some random person "interview" me. He didn't know my name, or the job or anything. Just asked questions on a sheet of paper and wrote down some answers.

Interview
It was pretty short and quick. The HR there (Erin) was very understands and showed a lot of respect. It was more or less the people I worked with other than management that made me leave.
