I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kroger (Shelbyville, TN) in Aug 2014
Interview
They called and did a phone interview and then had me come in. It was very casual and laid back where the employer asked me a few questions about myself and how I felt about the company. She preformed an oral drug test on me and then I was on my way. Unfortunately it took a very long time in between the phone interview and the in person interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Applied online and got a link to schedule an interview online. Showed up to ther pharmacy and met with one of the lead pharmacy techs. The interview itself was mostly standard. Just asked about my previous job experience, and if I ever worked in a pharmacy and/or customer service. Also asked whether I was licensed with the state or not. Overall a fairly easy process from start to finish.
