Phone screening and one face to face interview. Interview is easy. Lots of situational and behavior questions. Show positive attitude and willingness to grow in the company. Get some knowledge about kroger as a company, it's history and so on. Will help a lot.

The process was smooth, very direct and to the point. There was 3 people in the room. 2 of them took turns asking me questions. The Interview lasted about and hour.
