Interview
I was called in for a panel interview about 5 weeks after applying. The panel started with two people, and the hiring manager arrived extremely late. He interrupted me in the middle of an answer by walking in and immediately talking rather than check to see where we were at in the process. I was not impressed. The interviewers were not formally trained, so they were reading the questions as is and writing down my answers. There wasn't much interaction until the end, so it felt awkward. After the interview, they reviewed next steps, but no one ever followed up. The hiring manager was so rude and arrogant that I already made up my mind I couldn't work for him.

All questions were "tell me about a time when". They also asked why I was leaving my current company.

Interview
Pretty simple and straight to the point. I only had to interview with HR and the manager of the dept. They were open about what the position entails and answered all of my questions. They were interested in how my previous work experience would translate. Everyone I met with was professional and friendly.
