Interviewed with a team leader and a senior from the team, I believe the interview went well we got along well and the conversations were encouraging. I was told I’d hear back within a week regarding the outcome give or take a few days due to annual leave. No response was ever provided despite sending several follow up emails to all 3 parties involved. I understand that sometimes candidates won’t fit and there’s red tape involved but an extremely poor reflection of the company and people team in my opinion to not even provide a big standard rejection statement.
