The interview are good, we agreed , i accept the offer. One day they just notify that they need another applicant because I am not the gender they are looking for . Then ghosted me without notifying.

Very straightforward and simple. Relaxed environment and you get a full idea of all the benefits and cons of the company. They ask more about what you want to do rather than what you will have to do.
