will ask for self-introduction and invite you to training directly. There is a whole day training afterward. And the training only got paid if you can make successful call within first two working days. If you didn't get any successful call within first two working days, you will be fired soon and got no paid for the training day. But it is not so difficult to get successful call.

Apply with c.v. and called in for training a few days later. The training was a few hours and very straightforward. There was no interview process which is great if you suck at interviews.

Interview
Zoom meeting with other recruits. Very professional and helpful guidance. I had a full day course to familiarize myself with the software to be used and then a further 2-hour training. Then straight in the deep end but in no time I had the hang of it and progressed quite well thanks to Rosa my supervisor.
