Interview
You usually get hired through an agency and after a probationary period they may decide to take you on. If they are happy with your perfomance they might ask you to apply for a permanent position with them, after doing that, at some point they take you to a room where a brief interviewed is conducted and if you are happy with everything then they ask you to sign your permanent contract with them and that's it really, fairly simply and straightforward.
